  1.Sustainable Agriculture with Women Farmers:
Initiated sustainable agriculture practices with marginal women famers in 22 villages of Kurnool district (Holagunda, Peddakadubur and Gadivemula Mandals). About 600 women farmers mobilized in to farmers groups to cultivate food grains basically millets and pulses in 600 acres.
 
   
 

2.Organic farming demo:
NPM shop is established in Yellarthy Villages of Hoagunda Mandal to train to women farmers on organic practices and production of organic fertilizers and pesticides.

 
   
 

3.Quality Education through Community participation:
Adopted 22 schools and 31 Anganwadi centers in 19 villages of Kowthalam Mandal of Kurnool district to focus on quality learning, enrollment and retention aspects.

 
   
 

4.Natural Resource Management (NRM) and Peoples MACS:
Watershed development activities initiated in 4 villages and have treated 4372 hectors of land benefiting 1472 farmers.

 
   
 

5.Health and HIV Aids:
 About 1500 key population is getting STI services in Adoni Division. A community based organization “Krishna Chitanya Mithri Sangam” is formed with 500 key population to advocate for their rights and  entitlements.

 
   
 

6.Know Your Safe Food :

In the month of October, AARDIP has organized a school based programme for students of class 6th to 10th in ten high schools of Andhra Pradesh, South India.

The subject is tagged "Know your Safe Food – Grow your Safe Food" this has celebrated as a part of World Food Day event. Students in five high schools have organized "Tree Plantations" in high school compounds. Around 500 fruit bearing trees / plants have been planted. The responsibilities of water the Plants protecting and caretaking were taken-up by an each student.

The event on 16th October was very enthusiastic, we hope that by 2019th October students will enjoy the use of fruits like Papaya, Lemon etc., About 400 students have participated in this programme. Meetings organized to discuss and understand the safe food practices and to propagate which is safe and which is not safe.
